按照《山西财经大学留学生公寓管理办法（试行）》，为维护留学生宿舍的正常秩序，确保入住学生人身财产安全，营造良好的生活环境，本人作出如下承诺：

1、自觉遵守学校留学生公寓管理的各项制度，服从公寓管理人员的管理和安排，按指定房间入住，不擅自变动、占用、转借、出租房间及床位，不改变公寓用途。

2、不利用留学生公寓或使用室内设施从事任何违反中华人民共和国法律和法规的活动；遵守中国的宗教政策，不在公寓内从事传教活动。

3、正确使用和保护好由学校提供的家具、各项电器等生活设施和设备，入住时已对室内设施、设备进行清点确认。若在入住期间损坏公寓内任何设施、设备，按原价赔偿。

4、未经批准，不随意留宿来访客人或家属，会客时间为：8:00——22:00。

5、不在公寓内吸烟、使用明火或其他存在安全隐患的电器设施，遵守消防安全法规，不在疏散通道、楼梯安全出口堆放物品。不在公寓内饲养家禽、家畜等宠物，不存放易燃、易爆、剧毒、放射性等危险物品。

6、不在学生公寓内使用大功率电器（超过1000瓦），不超负荷使用电器,避免引起火灾。

7、自觉熟练掌握公寓内消防器材和使用方法，一旦发生火情及时自救，同时立即报告管理员和校园110。

8、维护公用设施、设备的完好，不擅自移装、改装公用设施或设备。

9、爱护公寓环境，不在楼道内堆放杂物、垃圾，不随地吐痰、高空抛物，丢弃烟蒂、纸屑和杂物等，不在公寓内从事危害公共利益的行为和其它不道德行为，如酗酒、聚众赌博、打架斗殴，大声喧哗或高声播放音响等妨碍其他人的休息。

10、自觉保持室内卫生，主动将寝室内垃圾投放到指定垃圾回收桶内。

11、妥善保管好个人贵重物品，外出时锁好门窗，切断电源、水源。

12、主动配合公寓管理人员对室内设施、设备和卫生的定期检查。

13、学习期满离校退宿时，配合管理人员按原配置物品清单交接，若有坏损照价赔偿。

14、办理退宿手续后三日内离开公寓。对逾期不搬离的物品学校管理方有权进行清理，学校不承担物品损失和损坏的赔偿责任。

15、如不办理任何退宿手续擅自离开，学校管理方有权对物品进行清理或处置。

16、本承诺书一式两份，本人和学校留学生公寓管理部门执中英文各一份。

以上信息本人已清楚，并遵守以上承诺，如有违反责任自负。

The letter of commitment of the foreign students who check in the apartment

 

In order to keep the normal order of theForeignStudents’Apartment,to ensure the personal safety and the security of the foreignstudents,and to create a good living environment, my commitment is as follows:

1.Iwillobserve consciously the rules of the management of the Foreign Teachers’Apartment and comply with the apartment administrator’s arrangement. I will check in the room which is arranged for me,and I will never do anything changing the use of the room like changing, occupying,renting the room or lending it to others.

2.I will never use the room in the ForeignStudents’Apartment or the facilities in the room to do anything violating the laws and the regulations of the People’s Republic of China

3.I will use correctly and protect properly the living facilities provided by the school administration such as the furniture and the electric appliances. (allthe living facilities have been checked when the foreignstudentschecked in) . If I damage any of the living facilities in the apartment,I promise I will compensateforthe loss according to the original price.

4.Accordingtothe rules about visiting hours (8:00am--22:00pm),I will never let my guests or my family members stay all night in my room without permission .

5.I will notsmoke anduse open fire or anyelectrical facilities with potential safety hazard, nor will I raise petsI will not pile up objects in passageway and safety exit.I will comply with fire safety regulations.Also,I will not store any dangerous goods which are inflammable, explosive or of radioactivity.

6. I will not use high-power electrical appliances(over 1000watts) or overload the appliance to avoid the risk of fire.

7. I will consciously be skilled in using the fire-fighting equipment in the apartment. I will save myself in case of fire the first time. Meanwhile, I will notify the administrator and call Campus 110.

8.I will keepallthe public facilities well, and I promise that I will not move or refit themwithout permission.

9.I will cherish the good environment of the department and do nothing damaging the environment. I will not spitanywhere,cast things from high places, stack sundries or junks in the passageway ,or litter cats and dogs such as cigarette ends andscraps of paper everywhere. Nor will I do anything that are immoral or threatening the public interest like excessive drinking ,gathering together to gamble ,fighting with others,make a racket or playing loud music which will hamper the otherstudents’life.

10.I will keep my room clean ,and I promise the junk in the room will be in thedesignated recycling barrel.

11.I will take well care of my personal valuables, and when I am out ,the door and the windows will be locked,and the power supply and the water supply will be switched off.

12.I will take the initiative to cooperate with the apartment administrators when they come to my house for the regular checking of the facilities and the sanitation in the room.

13.When thestudy completionexpires and I have to check out, I will cooperate positively with the administrative staff until all the things equipped in the room are taken over by them according to the list and compensate if damage happens.

14.I have to leave the apartment within 3 days after the check-out procedure is completed. As for my stuff which I do not remove before the deadline, the university administration is authorizedtodispose them. If these things are damaged or lost, the university administration is neither obliged to pay for the damage or loss nor obliged to carry the responsibility of the damage or the loss.

15.If I leave the apartment without any check-out procedure, the university administration is authorized to dispose my stuff.

16.There are two copies of this commitment letter,with one in my hand and the other kept in the relevant department in the university.

I am fully aware of all the information above,and I will observe my promise. If I break my promise, I am willing to take the responsibility myself.
