山西财经大学是山西省属财经类大学。始建于1951年，是一所历史悠久、特色鲜明的高等院校，坐落于素有“龙城”之称的国家历史文化名城、山西省省会太原市。

学校是中国财经类高校第5个、山西省高校第1个AACSB和AMBA会员。

学校以经济学、管理学、统计学、法学为优势和特色，有教职工1723人，其中专任教师1158人，教授、副教授549人，具有博士学位教师697人。

学校具备培养学士、硕士、博士和博士后的完整教育体系。现有本科生16830人，硕士研究生4237人，博士研究生207人，继续教育学生15519人。

山西财经大学国际教育学院的前身是对外交流学院，始建于2002年，2017年开始招收国际学生，2019年更名为国际教育学院，设有“山西省政府来晋留学奖学金”“山西财经大学国际学生学业奖学金”，现已培养了来自德国、波兰、澳大利亚、巴基斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、印度、摩洛哥、孟加拉国、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡、阿富汗、阿尔及利亚、柬埔寨等17个国家的150余名学生，既有语言生，也有攻读学位者。现有在籍学生40人，其中硕士26人，博士14人。一批优秀毕业生在中外高校和企业任职，为推动中外友好交流贡献力量。

现代化校园，宿舍条件优越，运动设施齐全，交通便利，北京直达太原高铁2小时，距离机场、火车站约十分钟车程。

Shanxi University of Finance and Economics (SXUFE) is a finance and economics university in China. Founded in 1951, it is a well-established and distinctive institution located in Taiyuan, the capital city of Shanxi Province which is known for its rich cultural heritage and is often referred to as the "Dragon City".

SXUFE is the 5th finance and economics university in China and the first in Shanxi Province to become a member of AACSB and AMBA.

SXUFE is known for its expertise and specializations in economics, management, statistics, and law. The university has 1723 staff, including 1158 full-time teachers, 549 professors and associate professors, and 697 teachers with doctoral degrees.

SXUFE offers a complete education system that includes undergraduate, master's, doctoral, and postdoctoral programs. It currently has 16830 undergraduate students, 4237 master's students, 207 doctoral students, and 15519 continuing education students.

The predecessor of the School of International Education at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics was the School of Foreign Exchange, founded in 2002. It began admitting international students in 2017 and was renamed as the School of International Education in 2019. It has "Shanxi Government Scholarship for International Students" and the "Shanxi University of Finance and Economics International Student Academic Scholarship". It has now trained more than 150 students from 17 countries, including Germany, Poland, Australia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, India, Morocco, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Algeria, Cambodia, etc., including language students and academic students. There are currently 40 registered students, including 26 master's and 14 doctoral students. A group of outstanding graduates work in Chinese and foreign universities and enterprises, contributing to promoting friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries.

SXUFE has a modern campus, excellent accommodation facilities, complete sports facilities and convenient transportation.It has only a 2-hour high-speed train ride from Beijing and about a ten minute drive from campus to the airport and train station.

一、招生类别和学习年限

Enrollment categories and duration of study

（一）招生类别Enrollment categories

学校招收学历教育的类别为：硕士研究生和博士研究生。

The university admits students with academic study education. The categories of academic education are master's students, and doctoral students.

(二）学习年限Duration of study

学历教育年限：硕士研究生基本学制为2年，博士研究生基本学制为3年。 

Duration of academic study: the basic duration for master's students it is 2 years, and for doctoral students it is 3 years.

二、申请条件

Application Requirements

（一）基本要求Basic requirements

申请者身体健康，愿意遵守中国法律法规和学校规章制度，尊重中国风俗习惯。申请者须提供经济担保证明、体格检查证明与无犯罪记录证明。

The applicant is healthy, willing to abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as school rules and regulations, and respects Chinese customs. Applicants must provide statement of financial support, physical examination form, and certificate of no criminal record.

（二）身份及国籍要求Identity and nationality

持外国有效护照的非中国籍公民。

Non Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports.

（三）年龄要求Age

身心健康且年龄18岁-60岁。

Sound in body and mind and from18 to 60 years old.

（四）学历要求Educational background

学历教育：Academic study

1.申请硕士研究生学历者，须具有学士学位，35周岁以下。

For master's degree applicants, a bachelor's degree is required, and the applicants must be under 35 years old.

2.申请博士研究生学历者，须具有硕士学位，45周岁以下。

For doctoral degree applicants, a master's degree is required, and the applicants must be under 45 years old.

（五）语言水平要求Language proficiency

1.申请中文授课者，中文水平要求HSK 4不低于180分。

Applying courses taught in Chinese,a score of at least 180 points in HSK level 4 is required.

2.申请英文授课者，可提供英语考试成绩报告（雅思成绩6.0分及以上，或托福85分及以上）或母语为英语，且具备一定汉语基础。

Applying courses taught in English ,an English certificate (IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or TOEFL score of 85 or above) is required or you are a native English speaker.It's better to have basic knowledge of Chinese language.

四、申请办法

Application Procedures

（一）网上报名Online Registration

申请人须在申请时间内登录山西财经大学国际学生申请系统注册账号（http://sxufe.chiwest.cn），如实填写申请信息，并按系统提示上传以下材料。

Open the website （http://sxufe.chiwest.cn/en/ ），and register. According to the required procedures, fill the application from and upload the related materials.

1.护照扫描件（首页，护照须是入学后三个月内仍然有效的普通护照）。在华学生须提供有效签证信息页或居留许可的扫描件。

Passport scanned copy (front page, passport must be a regular passport that is still valid within three months after you report your arrival in the university). Students in China are required to provide a valid visa information page or a scanned copy of residence permit.

2.毕业证、学位证、成绩单扫描件（非百分制成绩单须包含成绩注释页）。

Scanned copies of graduation certificate, degree certificate, and transcript (non percentage transcripts must include a score annotation page).

（1）申请时已获得学位证书的毕业生须提供本科及最高学历毕业证、学位证、成绩单扫描件。

Graduates who have already obtained a degree certificate at the time of application must provide scanned copies of their undergraduate and highest degree certificates and transcripts.

*要求：Requirements

①　以上证件须具备公证文书或教育部门认证。

The above documents must be notarized or certified by the education department.

②　以上证件须同时上传原件和中文或英文翻译公证件。

The above documents must be uploaded together with the original copy and a notarized translation in Chinese or English.

（2）申请时尚未获得学位证书的应届毕业生须提供所在学校或学院出具的预毕业证明和成绩单扫描件（中文或英文），用以证明申请者有能力于2024年7月31日前顺利毕业并取得学位证书。

Graduates who have not obtained their degree certificate at the time of application must provide a pre-graduation certificate and a scanned copy of transcript (in Chinese or English) issued by their school or college, to prove that the applicant is capable of successfully graduating and obtaining their degree certificate before July 31, 2024.

3.《外国人体格检查表》扫描件。

Scanned copy of foreigner physical examination form.

4.无犯罪记录证明扫描件（英文或中文）。

Scanned copy of no criminal record certificate (in English or Chinese).

5.个人存款证明扫描件及经济担保函。个人账户或亲属账户存款为3万元人民币以上或4200美元以上且存款时限在2024年10月以后的定期存款，如无个人账户可由亲属担保，担保函须由担保人亲笔书写、签字、手印，存款证明货币单位须为美元或人民币。

Scanned copy of deposit certificate and statement of financial support. Personal or relative’s account deposits of more than RMB 30000 or USD 4200 and time limit for deposits after October 2024.If there is no personal account, a statement of financial support by relatives is required.The guarantee letter must be written, signed by the guarantor and put the guarantor’s thumb print on it .The deposit certificate currency unit must be USD or RMB.

6.2寸证件照（白底护照规格）。

2-inch ID photo (white background passport size).

7.个人简历。

Resume.

8.研究计划（申请硕士、博士学历者须提供）。

For master's degree applicants and doctoral degree applicants,a research plan is required.

9. 两份推荐信。

Two letters of recommendation.

*要求：Requirements

①　申请本科学历者推荐人为高中老师，申请硕士或博士学历者推荐人须具有副教授及以上职称。

For bachelor's degree, the reference is your high school teacher. For a master's or doctoral degree,the reference must hold the title of associate professor or above.

②　推荐人须在推荐信末尾签字并留下联系方式，推荐信日期不早于2023年9月。

Signature and contact information of the reference are required.The date on the letter of recommendation is no earlier than September 2023.

10.在华工作者须提供预解除合同函。 

For applicants working in China, a pre-termination contract letter is required.

*以上材料申请时仅需要上传完整、清晰的PDF或JPG格式文件（推荐上传彩色扫描件），开学报到时需提供原件备查。

1.申请人须表现良好，品行端正，勤奋好学，遵守中国法律法规和学校规章制度，尊重中国风俗习惯。

八、注意事项

Notes

（一）报名信息务必核查无误后再确认提交，一经提交不可修改。

（二）材料审查合格后，将以系统查询或钉钉消息的形式通知申请人参加考核。

（三）申请人有以下情况之一者，立即取消录取资格，录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）作废。

1.持虚假材料或提供虚假信息进行申请的。

九、来校报到Come to school and register

被正式录取的国际生，来校报到时须携带录取通知书、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）、经公证的学位证书、成绩单原件及学位证成绩单原件，并按照辅导员的安排按时来校报到完成新生注册。

International students who have been officially admitted must bring admission notice, the "Application Form for Visa for Foreign Students to China" (JW202), notarized degree certificates and original transcripts when register in the university. Register on time according to the counselor's arrangement.
